A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking & payment of total rental & security deposit is required 30 days prior to occupancy commencing.One weeks rent (security deposit) will be held for 14 days after property is vacated.

This apartment totally lived up to all expectations. If matched the information on this site completely. It was extremely clean, with fresh laundered towels and a kitchen fit for a gourmet chef. It was the perfect location with a wonderful view. We hope to be back soon.
