BRAND NEW 2 BEDROOM FULLY AIRCONDITIONED UNIT OFFERING LUXURIOUS BEACHFRONT ACCOMMODATION WITH EVERYTHING YOU COULD WANT.

Fabulous location across the road from Copacabana Beach with shops and restaurants just a stone throw away or just sit and relax on your private balcony complete with outdoor furniture and barbeque and take in the fantastic sea view as you watch the waves roll in.

Tastefully decorated with all the conveniences of home, the main bedroom has a queen size bed, ensuite and tv, the second bedroom two single beds as well as a separate bathroom.

The comfy lounge-room has a new leather lounge, flat screen tv and home entertainment system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances as well as a microwave and dishwasher. There is a separate laundry complete with washing machine and dryer.

The unit is located in a SECURITY COMPLEX with closed circuit tv, elevator and ONE UNDERCOVER PARKING SPACE.
AN ADDITIONAL CAR SPACE MAY BE AVAILABLE ON REQUEST.
