"We thought this property and added services sounded perfect for our annual family vacation. However, after many attempts at trying to book dates which were free on the calender and many attenpts to make an enquiry or contact, we received no response! We are very disappointed! Not only could we not holiday at this property, but while waiting for a response our 2nd choice became fully booked. So no holiday for us this year! Unacceptable!"

"We rented 'blind' online from the uk as a 3 week rental when we first arrived in Australia. I was astounded at the cleanliness of the property and the extent of the facilities. Every need was catered for. As a family of 6, with 4 children we had plenty of space. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need even a complimentary packet of tim tams! You would not believe how welcome they and the milk in the fridge, tea and coffee for our arrival were after a 20 hour journey! It's those little touches which make Lewington Beach Retreat one of the best holiday rentals we have ever had... There are kids and adult bikes, a box of toys for smaller kids and dvds to keep everyone entertained. A lovely feature is the small 'library' of novels, essential for beach holidays, The water was hot and plentiful, even with six of us!!! The washing machine and dryer made life easy and The 'all inclusive' price which includes all your gas/electricity etc makes the accomodation exceptional value for money and The location so close to the beach but a street or two in makes it perfect.. the reservation opposite is interesting for exploration and for investigating local wildlife... WHEN we have relatives to visit for holidays we will definately book them in. The new Trainline to Perth makes it perfect beach side location within easy reach of the city.... The beach here has to be the 'safest' beach in WA for small children and it is a perfect base to explore from. We walked to the foreshore nearly every day and it is only minutes from Rockingham City Centre... And just in case you weren't 'sold' on the place already, we fished from the jetty and caught salmon for our supper and the local dolphins swam to within 10 metres of where we were swimming in the sea! The location and local facilities are so good that we stayed! and now we are residents here in Rockingham WA! There is really useful 'welcome pack' which has ALL the information you could possibly need, including the local Pizza delivery details for those nights when you have had too much fun to use the facilities.... as well as local places of interest etc. I am in some ways loathed to recommend Lewington Beach Retreat to anyone because it has to be one of WA's best kept secrets.... But Kellie was so helpful and made the whole thing so easy for us communicating by email and phone every step of the way deserves every success and recognition for the service provided... "
