Our luxury Waterfront property is a fantastic way to escape, relax and unwind or take advantage of the private jetty with boat moorings for all your watersport activities (included in the hire of the Apartment).
There are 3 bedrooms (all QS beds) with 3 bathrooms. Additional bedding can be arranged for families with children in the upstairs bedrooms as there is plenty of space. A maximum of 2 additional rollaway beds are available for hire at $10.00 per bed per night. For your comfort all areas including bedrooms are fully airconditioned/heated.
If you wish to cook up a storm whilst holidaying, the gourmet kitchen is equipped with modern stainless steel appliances or your very own barbeque is located on the verandah overlooking the water for a more casual feel.
The Apartment is perfectly located within walking distance to all the Clubs including the Mulwala Water Ski Club and Club Mulwala where their new Day Spa Resort, Essenza and the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club. Incorporate these wonderful facilities to complete your perfect getaway.
The main street of Yarrawonga is just across the bridge.
If you love golf we are 5 mins from the Yarrawonga & Border Golf Club.
Love fishing, skiing and cruising along the Murray River, then Yarrawonga, Lake Mulwala is the perfect spot. You can enjoy all these activities directly from your doorstep when staying with us. Included in the cost of the Apartment is your very own private jetty with boat mooring for your boat or jet ski.
You can also hire a BBQ pontoon boat or little runaboat directly across the lagoon for exploring at your own pace. A great way to spend the day!!!
Yarrawonga/Mulwala is well know for having a wonderful sunny climate. It is often claimed to have more sun than Queensland!!

The price includes all linen (excluding pool towels), use of the resort pool next to the apartment, access to the jetty with boat mooring and all apartment facilities.
