PROPERTY FEATURES:
This fantastic contemporary beach house offers 3 living areas (each with it's own tv). 4 spacious bedrooms. Fully appointed kitchen. Separate dining room. Large upstairs entertaining deck with panoramic Bay views of Rhyll. Lower Deck (bbq) and very large yard.
This home has magnificent timber floor boards throughout except the bedrooms which have plush carpet.
Downstairs :
2 x Living areas (both with TV) + Log fire.

The location is very peaceful and the property is extremely private surrounded by large established trees/magnificent panoramic bay views, quiet street on top of a hill letting you enjoy the tranquillity of Phillip Island at it's best. A short drive to Cowes centre (approx 4/5 min drive) & close to some of Victorias best surf beaches.

Tenants are required to provide their own linen for the duration of their stay (sheets (top & bottom), towels & pillowcases).
Doona's, & pillows are provided & beds have mattress protectors fitted.
Please note : If you are requesting a stay for Saturday & Sunday nights and the Friday night is available on the calendar then the tariff will be charged at weekend rate.
The calendar is always accurate. If the days are not blocked out this generally means they are available, on certain occasions there may be a pending booking in the system that has not confirmed by means of a deposit or full payment.
Please refer to the rate column style pricing below as it is 100% accurate. Also please note that depending on your date selection at certain times of year there may be cheaper rates available so please send an enquiry email even if it appears out of your budget price.
Please note : If booking weeks/months in advance payment is required when initial booking is made. If this option is not suitable then a deposit is required and in peak times is non refundable if you decide to cancel and that time cannot be rebooked.
We also require a bond in some cases which is fully refundable after your stay. A credit card will also be sufficient.
