Whether you are looking to explore the wonders that Darwin has to offer or just looking for a relaxing holiday, enjoying wonderful sunsets with a glass of your favourite tipple from your own private spa, Avebury may be just what you are looking for.

We offer a home away from home. Avebury is a fully air conditioned, self contained, modern unit with everything you might need right down to the champagne glasses !

There is a family sized kitchen, double fridge/freezer (for those fish you've caught), oven and microwave. The modern comfortable lounge area comes complete with a 106cm television, cable TV with a full range of channels including childrens programs and movies. There are 2 large bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with twin beds.

If the evenings are a little chilly for swimming, enjoy relaxing on your verandah while cooking something tasty on the bbq as you watch and listen to the sounds of nature.

This unit is separate to the main house and offers our guests a peaceful rural retreat, to explore either the city and suburbs or "down the track" and then come home and enjoy a tranquil garden setting to watch local native wildlife, including wallabies and a variety of birds.

LOCATION

Ideally located on 5 acre property, a few minutes from local shops and tavern. 20 minutes to Darwin CBD, 5 minutes to Palmerston Town Centre and only 20 mins to our wonderful Nature Parks and Territory Wildlife Park. Enroute to Litchfield Park for a great day out and don't forget the Territory fishing. We have a range of easy access fishing spots not too far, so if you are bringing your boat we have secure parking available, if not there are a range of charters or boat hires.
