Sandon Point at Bulli just an hour south of Sydney, Australia is world renowned for its surfing, PRISTINE BEACHES and rock pools, perfect for the kiddies.

A cycle and walking track starts from virtually your front door, taking you either north or south for 35 kilometres along sparkling coastline and coastal villages. Keep an eye out - whales and dolphins are often seen close to shore.

A short walk along Sandon Point Beach leads you to Ruby's cafe - popular for coffee, meals and spectacular views over the coastline. 'The Point' cafe just across the road offers wonderful breakfasts and lunches, coffees and home made sorbet.

Or just stay at home on your private deck, throw a sausage on the barbie and enjoy a drink. The best fish and chips can be found just across the road!

Late afternoons are very special - end the day with a stroll along the beach - the 100 metre walk home is well lit.

Our visitors from the UK, Canberra, other parts of Australia and of course Sydney are never ceased to be amazed by what the Illawarra’s Northern Beaches have to offer. One of the best ways to explore is by bike on the safe bike track which extends from yoour door along the coastline for 40 kilometres. We can put you in contact with \'bikes for hire\' who deliver directly to you.
INTIMATE RESTAURANTS are tucked away in each of the coastal villages just minutes away.
SCARBOROUGH PUB, which hangs spectacularly over the Pacific Ocean has just been refurbished and is a ‘must do’.
Further north, drive over Australian icon the SEA CLIF BRIDGE, which as the name suggests, literally hangs over the ocean and rocky coastline. Park the car and take a walk over the bridge!
Bald Hill at Stanwell Tops offers spectacular coastline views, where HANG-GLIDERS throw themselves into the skies above Stanwell Park Beach.
Nearby, Symbio Wildlife Sactuary, is a fascinating visit for both children and adults.
Just minutes further north is the worlds second oldest National Park – the SYDNEY ROYAL NATIONAL PARK. Well worth a visit for a picnic, or day of boating on the historic waterways.
Of course, if you want to visit Sydney, a train station at Bulli takes you to the heart of Sydney, with Circular Quay Station just minutes walk from the Opera House, The Rocks, Sydney Harbour Bridge and much more.

BULLI BEACH HOUSE can sleep up to 8, but adjoins a second property which has its own entrance and yard via another street - you can book just one property or for larger groups there is room for an additional 10 guests.

Our open plan living area comes complete with sumptuous LEATHER LOUNGES.
The dining area has views south to Bulli Beach and opens up to a balcony.
Four bedrooms have been furnished with 3 QUEEN SIZED BEDS.
The main bedroom has floor to ceiling MIRRORED ROBES, with an elegant ensuite and double vanity.
The second bedroom is also equipped with an ensuite.
The Fourth bedroom has 2 singles.
The MAIN BATHROOM has a bath, shower and large vanity.
