Description

This two-story house, located in a quiet area, has a
3-bedroom flat upstairs which has a large and well-designed kitchen, double wall oven, bench stove-top and lots of cupboard space and cooking equipment. Enjoy your meals (and the peace) on the deck overlooking the back garden.
All rooms upstairs have ceiling fans. There is a queen-sized bed in one bedroom, and two single beds in both of the other bedrooms.

You will have sole use of the property.

The lawn area is large and the property is fully fenced for safety - great for kids.

The bay beach is 4 minutes drive away; surf beach 8 minutes . Great golf courses, hot springs, National Parks and scenic beauty surround you.

The local shopping centre at Boneo Road, Rosebud, has Coles and Safeway supermarkets, K-Mart, Target and many other specialist shops. There is a roller-skating rink, Mini-golf and cinemas very close by for time-out from the beach.

Play golf at a variety of beautiful courses, visit wineries, restaurants and art galleries and popular local weekend markets; luxuriate with a spa or massage at our hot springs; go ocean beach horse-riding, deep-sea or bay fishing; swim with dolphins, visit seal colonies, learn scuba diving, go wind surfing;visit the aquarium, snorkel in large and beautiful rock pools, surf or go for bike rides on the bike path along the beach. The Boneo wetlands and maze is great for families, with giant outdoor games like chess, barbeque areas and bird-watching. Visit the historic Cape Schank Lightstation and the forts at Point Nepean National Park or the Moonlit Sanctuary Wildlife Park or bushwalk in our stunning National Parks.
