Gold Coast Dogs and You

‘Gold Coast Dogs and You’ is a beautiful 5 bedroom dog friendly holiday house at affordable prices. Note there is no smoking allowed in the house. Only 10 mins to Surfers Paradise and beaches. Fully furnished with lots of extras –2 bathrooms, 2 living areas with 2 TV’s including Austar Pay TV with extra movie channels in main area, DVD/Video player, CD player. For the little ones there is a porta-cot, high chair and pram. Ducted air-conditioning throughout whole house. Pool is fully fenced – dogs and/or children would be safe. Dog safe private rear yard that backs onto a reserve – just unlock the back gate and you can take your dog/s and kids for a walk in the park.
Fully furnished including full cooking facilities, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Iron & ironing board and gas BBQ. The house sleeps 9 and is made up of 2 queen beds & 5 single beds (main bedroom has an ensuite). There is a garage for your car. Sorry, we do not supply linen. The house is tiled in the living areas and carpeted in the bedrooms.
Take advantage of all of the tourist attractions, or you can relax and have a BBQ and a dip in the pool away from all the hustle and bustle. Or take your dog/s for a walk at sunset along the leash free beach at the spit on the Broadwater.
Min 2 nights stay (1 night incurs $50.00 cleaning fee).

Pet Friendly Policy

As it is your pets holiday as well, they should be able to do the same as at home - if they are inside dogs at home then they are welcome inside (as long as they are house trained). We do ask that vaccination be up to date and to treat for fleas before your stay. If your dog likes to get up on the furniture, please put a sheet or towel to protect it before they use it. (Sorry, we don’t take cats).

Things to do and see

We are situated approx 5 klms north of Surfers Paradise. Buses (if you prefer not to drive) take you to all of the theme parks - Sea World, Dream World, Wet and Wild, Outback Spectacular (highly recommended) and Movie World. There is also the Spit (on the Broadwater) where you can take your dog/s for a walk and swim leash free. Musgrave Park is also a leash free park with agility equipment for you and your best friend to have a bit of fun.
