  • "We only stayed one night at Maple Grove in early December. Our room was beautiful, the surrounding gardens so peaceful. Even though we were not the only people staying it felt like we were on our own. Karin supplied an excellent breakfast and looked after us extremely well. We had nothing to do but relax and enjoy our surrounds.Thank you for your hospitality, and we look forward to returning."

  • " Warm welcome at Maple Grove on a misty, rainy night. We had a wonderful meal booked for us at the local pub in Yakandandah and a relaxing start to our onward journey the next morning. Thank you Deiter and Karin."

  • "My husband and i stayed at Maple Grove on our way home from a trip to Melbourne to say goodbye to a relative. We were both very stressed and as soon as we got out of our car we could feel " the serenity"! Maple Groves website can not show the feeling of peacefulness and tranquility you will feel when you arrive - its is fantastic! Karin and Deiter are the perfect hosts! They signed us in and showed us to our room - The Terrace. The room included a kitchen and dining area, ensuite and the bedroom was beautifully decorated with antique furniture. The whole suite was so clean and having stayed in St Kilda for 5 days before this i cant tell you how much this was appreciated. Karin adn Deiter made us welcome without intruding on our privacy everything was from the moment we arrived till we left was just perfect! The gardens they have developed on the 4 acres are just stunning and we really enjoyed just walking and sitting in the private areas and watching the bird life. I just cant describe the impact this property had on us all i can say is we wish we lived closer so we could return more often and we haven't stopped telling everyone how wonderful our experience there was . Thankyou Karin and Deiter you have made Maple Grove a paradise ! "
