The Byron Bay Hinterland, one of the world’s most beautiful environments, provides a unique opportunity to explore world heritage National Parks and rainforests like Mt Warning, Minyon Falls and the local markets, or head down to the beach for a surf and experience the vibrant lifestyle of Byron Bay that is also world famous.

Kurrawong offers a unique getaway in a quiet country lane on 3 acres of open grass and shady tree areas. There is plenty of space to play cricket or footy with the family, grab a chair and sit under a tree for a quiet read in solitude, or stay cool around the pool.

The Main House

A great opportunity to get the family together, or for 4 couples to share, sleeps up to 10 people.

A mix of contemporary to country classic furniture, with stain glass windows and French doors leading onto verandahs creates a warm and comforting feeling.

The master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite opens onto a large private verandah through stain glass doors.

There are 2 other bedrooms, one with a double bed and ensuite, other with three single beds and cot, each have their own ensuite.

There is a large contemporary lounge room with air-con, Plasma TV with surround sound and USB Port DVD, Austar, Computer/internet access, local phone, pet friendly, exercise equipment, filtered rainwater.
Country style kitchen and large dining and bar area, plus music room that opens out to the back verandah.

Outside between the house and the Studio are cane lounges and wooden shutters that give a tropical feeling. Great for summer breezes and night time entertainment.

Enjoy the outdoor barbeque and dining setting, relax and splash around the pool, and at night marvel at the stars.

Kurrawong Wing, the Studio

This spacious bright living area is cool and casual with lounge, TV and bedroom with double bed plus modern bathroom plus kitchen. Also has reverse cycle air-conditioner.
