The property features a modern kitchen with open plan living area and a king size bed in the main bedroom. The bathroom has a bath with shower over and a gas hot water system. Other bedrooms are comfortable with single bunks in one room and a single/double bunk in the other, while all rooms feature built in wardrobes.
A mini deck in the front yard is perfect for relaxation or for children to play on. The property does not have TV or DVD, to enable you to truely escape, but there are books, music and board games to suit all ages.

Only 4 kms from the beach, boat ramp and local shop and 15 minutes from Port Arthur.
The Tasman Peninsula features some of the most amazing scenery in Australia. There are amazing cliffs, beautiful safe beaches and breathtaking coastal formations that provide a diverse range of experiences for all ages and fitness levels.
Pirates Bay Beach is an excellent surf beaches only a short drive away, while the local cafe (40 min walk or 2 min drive) is also close by.
Other local attractions include the Port Arthur Historic Site, Saltwater River Coal mine ruins, Fortesque Bay, Tasmanian Devil Park, Federation Chocolate Factory, Tessellated Pavement, the Blowhole, the Devil's Kitchen, Tasman's arch and Waterfall Bay.
Excellent fishing, awesome scuba diving and superb bush walking are also features of the area.
Supermarkets and Medical Centre are located in Nubeena, only 20 minutes away.
