Mulberry Mansion is nestled on a secluded lane-way just outside Fremantle. This unique multi level home has been designed and built by artists and incorporates all the luxury of a resort coupled with an individual mix of artistic expression.

Mulberry Mansion is a truly unique home that incorporates a subtle mix of natural resources such as limestone, recycled brick and recycled timber under a traditional tin roof. Double story in its basic design this accommodation is staged over 6 internal levels allowing a subtle mixture of five bedrooms, each individually finished and unique.

Incorporated into the design of the house are some 120 mini prayer temples imported directly from India, which are perfect for mood lighting when lit up with small tee light candles. Marble floors throughout the ground floor living area and a designer kitchen that has everything.

The house features three separate lounge areas, one located centrally within the house and includes a CD player and pot belly heater for those romantic nights in front of the fire.
Our second main lounge area features high vaulted pine clad ceilings, rich blue carpeting as well as luxurious armchairs and couch. Gadgets include a 42-inch plasma TV, digital TV, foxtel TV ( all channels including movies and sport) DVD player, CD player. ( A vast selection of CDs and DVDs are also available upon request.)
The third lounge area is part of the main bedroom and is a private retreat away from the rest of the house. Includes a flat screen TV, cd/dvd player and comfortable lounge suite.

Entrance Hall – Large open plan room with pool/snooker table, ornamental feature pond and palm trees.

Kitchen – Custom built kitchen with all the appliances - including gas hob, fan forced electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge, breakfast bar, stainless steel bench tops, full dinner setting for 10, large pantry, toaster, kettle etc etc.

Dinning area – Huge custom built dinning table that seats 10.

Laundry – front loader washing machine, ironing facilities, laundry basin, ample cupboards.

Main bathroom – Huge 3 person spa bath with over head shower built in to raised platform. Finished in hardwood throughout. Large windows.

Bathroom 2 - Located upstairs. Newly renovated large open plan bathroom with central shower.

Double carport – with remote door opener.

The huge landscaped gardens attract an abundance of native birds and are completely secluded and private with activities such as badminton, swimming in the below ground pool (with designer pool area including timber decking and limestone finish, subtle ‘blue’ mood lighting and shaded area with sun-lounges.) or relaxing in the heated spa or custom built Bali gazebo with thatched roof.

Coupled with the gentle sound of the waterfalls in the background this is the perfect place to relax and unwind whist enjoying the outdoor bbq area.

Sleeping Configuration - 5 unique bedrooms .
Mulberry Mansion provides comfortable sleeping arrangements for a wide variety of guests.

Egyptian Cotton sheets on all beds, luxury bath towels and additional swimming pool/beach towels are provided.

Our main bedroom is a huge north facing room enhanced dramatically by the multitude of wrought iron windows and French doors which open up onto a substantial private balcony nestled amongst the canopy of an old established cape lilac tree.
The Main Bedroom is split-level in design and features a huge king size bed with bedside cupboards situated on the lower level. The upper level is considered to be your own retreat away from the main house and includes a comfortable lounge suite, flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. Located upstairs. Reverse cycle air conditioning.

Bedroom 2 - Also split level in design. Two king single beds. Sleeps 2. Also located upstairs and packed full of minute features that will inspire.

Bedroom 3 - Queen bed. Sleeps 2. Although the smallest of our bedrooms this newly renovated room is perfectly furnished and located semi-underground, ample natural light and blonde ash flooring ensure this room receives a warm reception from all.

Bedroom 4 - Two king single beds. Sleeps 2. Located at the front ground floor level this ample room includes a private doorway, which leads out onto the front courtyard garden. Styled on a more formal design this garden incorporates a feature pond and secluded bench seating nestled amongst silver birch trees.

Bedroom 5 - King size four poster bed. Sleeps 2. Beautifully finished bedroom with lush red carpet, high voulted pine clad ceilings and a rare egyptian candlearbra. Coupled with magnificent views out onto the gardens through our custom made french doors and windows. This room also features reverse cycle airconditioning.

Daybed area - Huge futon bed with privacy curtains. Sleeps 2. (used as additional sleeping area if required.) Located on a landing half way upstairs this daybed is like no other - features a thatched roof and massive futon mattress built into a raised platform and surrounded by custom made timber book shelves - the perfect spot for relaxing and reading.

Rates.

Book 7 nights and only pay for 6 nights.
- From $290 per night double. (low season)
- or $1,740 per week double. (low season)

- $370 per night double. (Peak season.)
- or $2,220 per week double. ($317 per night.) (Peak season.)

- Rates are based on two adults (one couple) occupying the main bedroom.
- Additional $40/night per person for additional adults.
- Additional $25/night per person for additional children.
- Max. 10 people. (Max 12 people by prior arrangement.)

- Long stay rates are negotiable (longer term being greater than 3 months)

Conditions:

- Minimum of 3 nights stay.
- Minimum of 7 nights Christmas through New Year.
- Check-in time is from 4 p.m. onwards
- Check-out time is by 10 am
- Phone calls are limited to local calls only, International calls via phone cards.
- Mulberry Mansion will be cleaned prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. If the client has paid in full, this amount is non-refundable, unless the property is re-let for the entire period of the cancellation. A 30% cancellation fee will also apply.

- 30 or more days prior to arrival = loss of deposit
- 30 or less days prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation cost

Taxi fare Fremantle to Mulberry Mansion approx. $7.
Located on regular bus routes from Fremantle and Perth City - every 15 minutes.
A free bus service also operates on the weekends.

Perth central CBD – 20 mins drive. Or 20 mins by train from Fremantle.
Perth International Airport – 30 mins drive.
Perth Domestic airport – 30 mins drive.
Rottnest Island – 25 mins by ferry from Fremantle.

Valley Park – 20 meters. ( bbq, child swings etc.)
Booyumbarra Park - 4 mins walk. ( large native parkland, including lawns and lake.)
Bruce Lee Oval – 4 mins walk ( soccer fields, cricket pitch.)
Fremantle Golf Course. – 5 mins walk. 18 hole & Driving range.
Shops – 4 mins walk. ( newsagents, bottleshop/liquor store, video hire, cheesecake shop, car rental, fish and chips, small supermarket.)
Port Beach – 5 mins drive.
South Beach – 4 mins drive.
