soaps and massage blends, cook with friends and family from the pre-
stocked pantry. Feel like going out, not sure where the best
restaurant or fish and chips are? - we have reviewed every cafe,
restaurant and leisure activity in the area.
About the House
Location: the house is uniquely positioned with Duesburys beach to the front and a lagoon to the side. A short 20 metre stroll across the road leads you straight on to the sand dunes.
configuration: three bedrooms - 2 king rooms and 4 singles and two bathrooms. layout: downstairs comprises open plan lounge room with fire place, dining room, eat in kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There is an outdoor shower and two over sized decks. One is set at the side of the house, overlooking the lagoon which has day bed seating, perfect for languid afternoons reading. The other extends from the back of the house and has an outdoor fireplace, built in BBQ, outdoor lounge and dining area for 12 people. Upstairs are the bedrooms, bathroom and open sitting area which leads out to an extensive deck area which has day bed seating overlooking the pristine and deserted beach.
parking: there is one lock up garage and ample parking for several cars.

Inspired by the most decadent 5 star hotels, you can expect heavenly beds with a pillow menu and Egyptian cotton sheets, luxurious toiletries, fluffy bath robes, bath and beach towels, fresh flowers, beautifully scented candles and specially blended herbal teas to either relax or invigorate you.
Our concierge service will take care of your every holiday requirement. After booking into 'beachmour 1' you will be given a menu of services to choose from. Some of these include, a pre stocked pantry (think fresh local lobsters, prawns or oysters) and wine cellar, in house spa services including massages, bookings for activities and restaurants, babysitting and housekeeping services. These services are at an additional cost, all of which are outlined in the menu.
