The building is a relatively new development in a very vibrant area, with lots of places to eat, with just about every nation’s food in restaurants and coffee shops.

This spacious studio with a large balcony is well furnished and comfortable.
A modern stainless steel kitchen, very well equipped, there are cooking pots and all table ware. (No dishwassher)

Minimum booking for this studio is at least 5 nights

A comfortable lounge
TV DVD and stereo radio
A double wall bed, with a spring interior mattress, bed linen and towels are included.
A modern bathroom with a large shower, and a laundry with a washing machine and drier.

The apartment is ready to live in; you just need your clothes and tooth brush.

This complex is pet friendly and there are good walking areas for dogs at Rushcutters Park which is less than a km from the apartments.

Bring your laptop, for internet connection
Internet connection (extra charge). If you require an internet modem book it before you arrive; if it isn’t booked we may not we may not have one available for you when you pick up the keys.

A bond of $600 is required, it is returned at the end of the rental after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment. A charge is made for a professional departure clean for every booking.

This property requires a minimum booking of at least 2 weeks over Xmas and New Year period.

The Top of the Town is situated in a lively upbeat area. Only a few minutes walk to clubs and pubs.

The city is 10 to 15 minutes walk and both bus stop and the railway underground station are within a few minutes walk. For serious shopping it’s about a 4km bus ride to the new international Westfield Shopping Centre Bondi Junction.
For sea or harbour swimming take a bus ride to Bondi Beach or some of the lovely beaches in the Eastern Suburbs, many have safe netted area.

It is only a 6 minute walk to St Vincent’s Hospital and Oxford St.

Swim and surf at Bondi Beach to Coogee and Bronte three of the most sought after locations for beach and water activities.
Sydney Harbour cruises from Circular Quay and great choices for meals and dinner at Sydney Harbour-side restaurants: Darling Harbour, Woolloomooloo and Watsons Bay.
Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Potts Point, Double Bay, Rose Bay and Paddington are home to many of the finest restaurants in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.
Shop till you drop in, Sydney City and Bondi Junction.
Royal Randwick to indulge your racing experience, Sydney Cricket Ground and Moore Park and Waverley golf courses for pleasure and frustration.
