There is a large bathroom downstairs with a bath and a fully equipped laundry.
There is a storage space under the stairs holding useful items for families such as a porta cot.
Upstairs is a beautiful open living area including a gorgeous kitchen with glass splash back and stainless steel appliances, smeg dishwasher.
There is an 8 seater square solid timber dining room table; 2 leather couches; a 3 seater and a 2 seater; TV; DVD player and Video player. There is also a stereo CD player in the kitchen. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with an ensuite and a large balcony with sun beds to enjoy the view and sunshine.
The dining room leads to another balcony with outdoor glass topped setting with 8 seats and umbrella and BBQ for lazy breakfasts on the balcony.
Check in is from 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am.

South Shores is located at Normanville on the beach side of Lady Bay Road, just before you come to the turnoff into the Lady Bay Links Golf Course.
South Shores is a brand new development and Villa 2 was completed on the 11th November 2006.
