Come and unwind and relax on the balcony overlooking rolling hills, horses and birds in their natural habitat.
Villa 2 is part of the South Shores Complex, a new and exciting resort in a class of its own within South Australia.
Take a short stroll across the boardwalk, through sand dunes to your own beach that stretches for miles. 10 minute stroll along the beach to the Normanville Kiosk. Horse riding available next door and Links Golf across the road.
There is a beautiful fully tiled solar heated swimming pool available for your use.
The Villa is a 2 storey stand alone house with a lock up automatic roller door garage for 2 cars.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a queen size bed and the other set up with 2 sets of bunks, sleeping a total of 6. The 2 bunks have a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
There is a large bathroom downstairs with a bath and a fully equipped laundry.
There is a storage space under the stairs holding useful items for families such as a porta cot.
Upstairs is a beautiful open living area including a gorgeous kitchen with glass splash back and stainless steel appliances, smeg dishwasher.
There is an 8 seater square solid timber dining room table; 2 leather couches; a 3 seater and a 2 seater; TV; DVD player and Video player. There is also a stereo CD player in the kitchen. The main bedroom is situated upstairs with an ensuite and a large balcony with sun beds to enjoy the view and sunshine.
The dining room leads to another balcony with outdoor glass topped setting with 8 seats and umbrella and BBQ for lazy breakfasts on the balcony.
Check in is from 2.00pm and check out is 10.00am.

South Shores is located at Normanville on the beach side of Lady Bay Road, just before you come to the turnoff into the Lady Bay Links Golf Course.
South Shores is a brand new development and Villa 2 was completed on the 11th November 2006.
Walk to kiosk along the beach, horse riding, and Lady Bay Links Golf Course.
