What can I say, we absolutely loved this property and our stay. Everything we needed was there, pure luxury, tranquility, sea views, wildlife, and the nicest (coolest) house I have ever stayed in. We found plenty of things to amuse ourselves and the walk to the beautiful beach was well worth it. I hope everyone who is lucky enough to stay at this beautiful property will respect it and look after it so it will be continued to be let. I would be very dissappointed if I could not go back to Booroongan!!!!

People say that Broome is a wonderful place to visit. Even better is to stay just out of Broome at peaceful Booroongan and visit Broome at your leisure. Booroongan is an oasis with private access to Cable Beach and a well equipped VERY large accommodation. So peaceful when you need to relax. Great experience had by all.

Booroongan is truly an oasis in Broome. It is only a short drive from the city centre to Coconut Well where the expansive house has elevated panoramic views of Cable Beach and the ocean. The 19 acre property is well maintained by Patrick and Christiane who are a delightful, sociable couple, more than willing to share their Broome knowledge and experiences. The house is fully equipped and well furnished and we found it extremely comfortable. The house is well shaded by trees and palms and is surrounded by tropical gardens. Sit on the verandah with cool sea breezes watching wallabies in the morning, green tree frogs at night and abundant Kimberley birdlife. All in all, a very pleasurable experience.

Thank you for sharing such a wonderful property.
It is hard to pick a highlight.....there were so many. The house is very comfortable, the verandah the perfect spot to enjoy the abundence of nature. Beautiful bird life accompanied by delightful birdsong, kangaroos grazing on the home lawn, Kimberley nature all around you. The ocean aspect provided amazing dawns and truly breathtaking sunsets. Whilst the beach itself..pure paradise. Every morning ours were the first foot prints on the sand...and often the only ones all day. Oh what bliss. Patrick and Christine are the most generous spirited hosts with a true love of the property and Broome.
There is nothing not to love.
We have already booked our return visit, and can't wait to have our feet in that beautiful sand, and our eyes and ears filled with the wonder that is Booroongan..
