Mullaloo Beach Cottage is in a great coastal holiday setting! The house is a 4 bed, 2 bath home with a large sparkling pool. Just around the corner there's a small deli with Post Office and opposite the house a small park. It's ideally set only a short 1km walk to Mullaloo Beach. The beach is patrolled and has toilet/outdoor shower facilites as well as a cafe outlet for drinks/snacks etc on the beach. Immediately behind the beach there is a park with playground facilities and outdoor bbqs - in case you tire of the sand and sea! Immediately opposite this is the new Mullaloo Restaurant/Bar. This is very popular and the location allows you to leave the car at 'home' so you can enjoy some WA wine and excellent food.
Whitfords shopping mall is only a 3min drive away whilst
Perth city centre can be reached by a short 25min car journey or by taking a train from Whitfords station, a 6 min drive form your doorstep. To taste the local wines and cheeses why not drive up to the Swan Valley, 40 minutes inland and well worth the tasty visit! If driving's not your intention, then try the well organised bus services which will take you to your preferred destination. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A FAMILY HOME IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL STREET THERFORE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT BOOKINGS FROM LARGE GROUPS OF TEENAGERS/YOUNG ADULTS IN PARTY MODE.

A Home from Home

This home from home is ideal for those looking for a spacious pool and outdoor entertaining area as well as having the option to wade out into the Indian Ocean or relax on the beach close by.
The large entertaining area, just off the family room, is ideally undercover for those wishing to cool off in the shade. or, if you want to make the most of the sun, you can always laze around on the loungers by the fenced off sparkling pool. Alternatively you could take a walk along the beach path that runs north to south and stop off at the beach of your choice! Hillarys Boat Harbour is only 5 mins away by car, WA's second most popular tourist attraction.
It's fun and relaxation all rolled into one!!

The house is airconditioned throughout so you can stay cool and comfortable!
There are four bedrooms to the home. The master bedroom holds a queen sized bed with a walk-in wardrobe and en-suite. Bedroom two has a double bed whilst bedroom three has bunk beds and the fourth contains two single beds. All bedrooms have wardrobes. For those with younger children a cot and highchair are available.
The second bathroom has both a bath and shower with seperate toilet.
The linen cupboard holds ample bedding and towels so you don't need to worry about any of that! There's comfortable seating in the lounge allowing you to either watch the tv, video or dvd or you could always just sit back and listen to your music on the cd player.
The kitchen overlooks the large family room and right out to the pool area at the back. The washing machine, iron and ironing board live in the laundry room just off the kitchen.
The familyroom leads out onto the spacious undercover entertaining area where the bbq awaits you!! To eat alfresco, just take a seat at the outdoor setting.
