Calypso Waterfront apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the the sunset coast.
It is set in a nice quiet area with quality homes all around .
The apartment is self contained with 3 large bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a queen size bed .
There is a fully equipped kitchen lounge and dining all with all quality furnishings.
The bathroom has 2 wash basins and a large shower.
There is a separate toilet with hand basin.
At the rear the balcony overlooks the ocean and the magnificent sunsets. You can cook a bbq on the rear balcony and enjoy the vista.
There is also a balcony at the front where you can enjoy the morning sun.
It is two minutes stroll to the beach and the beach walking path that runs along the coastline both north and south.
This second storey apartment is more suited to adults or families with older children.
All linen supplied including beach towels.
With a fully equipped kitchen you have the option of cooking at home dining out.
Off road parking is provided for guests.
Between September and November we get the migration of the Humpback Whales and we have regularly spotted them from the rear balcony.
Otherwise you can go to Hillarys Marina where you can take a tour where you can get close to them.
Joondalup City Centre is open 7 days a week and has a great range of shops and exciting selection of food.
It is directly connected to the train station making it easy for visitors to access the Perth.
Joondalup Resrt and Country Club is 5 minutes away.These world class links deliver 27 holes of fun and challenge amongst natural bushland and some kangaroos.
This course is worth a visit for all serious golfers.
Beach 2 minutes walk
Calypso Waterfront overlooks the Indian Ocean with panoramic views up and down the coast.
When looking toward the ocean from the rear balcony you will see the coastal walk path walking north approx 2 kms is Burns Beach cafe where you can enjoy some refreshment before coming back.
Head south and you can go to Mullallo beach which is a good swimming beach with life guards.Once again there is a very nice hotel for refreshments.
The lighthouse at Rottnest Island can be seen and the flashing at night.
This lovely apartment offers all you need for a most enjoyable relaxing holiday. Air conditioned and heating.
WE SUPPLY A STARTER PACK OF FOOD FOR ALL GUESTS SO IF THEY HAVE A LATE ARRIVAL THERE IS NO NEED TO WORRY ABOUT FOOD SHOPPING.

For all the guests keen to watch sports we have Foxtel with sport movies etc.
Area attractions and amenities
Local shops are about 5 minutes walk where there are two very nice restaurants ,chemist, florist, hairdresser, supermarket etc.
Joondalup City Centre is 10 minutes car drive or a 10 minute walk for public transport from the apartment to catch the bus to get there.
The train journey from Joondalup Station to Perth is approx 20 minutes depending on the time of day.
Hillarys Marina is also about ten minutes drive there you can visit the Aquarium of Western Australia (AQUA) .
You will be captivated by the WA marine life on show here,thanks to the largest glass tunnel in Australia.
The touch pool is great for kids which has fish stingrays etc.
After that if still have lots of energy why not visit the Great Escape Leisure Park.
This is great for the whole family with thrilling tube rides and heaps more fun for all water lovers.
When the fun is all finished there is huge variety of shops, cafes and restaurants along the boardwalks.
The Rottnest ferry runs from Hillarys several times a day and that is definitely worth a visit.
Charter boats go out from Hillarys Marina daily should you like to try some deep sea fishing.
