This stylishly renovated house overlooks the picturesque Brisbane Waters and its clever design allows you to take full advantage of the soothing water views from every window.
A beautiful deck invites al fresco dining and as seafood abounds on the Central Coast, fresh fish caught that day can be served up on the barbeque that night deliciously washed down with the a bottle of wine
or two!
Blissful sun lounges on the deck ooze relaxation - guests cannot help but be lured to them and indulge in an afternoon either reading a good novel or admiring the ever-changing canvas in front of them.
There is a distinct nautical feel to the house and a gleaming fully equipped kitchen with superior appliances and contemporary furniture completes the picture. Driftwood fish made by a local artist decorate the walls and add to the whole waterside feel.
Luana is so appealing that it would be easy to spend the whole weekend at home but if you feel more energetic, you can walk down the front steps of the house to the waterfront and stroll along to both the tennis courts and boat ramp or to the boutique village shops and restaurants of Hardys Bay.
For the more adventurous, Luana is surrounded by the Ku-ring-gai Chase, Brisbane Waters and Bouddi National Parks and there is almost 200 kms of navigable shoreline, providing many isolated bays and beaches to explore. Surfing, swimming and fishing are also options with Killcare, Lobster and Putty Beach only minutes away.
Your relaxing getaway truly begins at Luana - close enough to everything for ease of living but far enough away to escape!
Pretty Beach is located within the Bouddi Peninsula and is within walking distance of several cafes and restaurants, a general store, bottle shop and numerous boutique shops. It is the charming centre of the Bouddi Peninsula.
Whether your interests are bushwalking, water sports, cycling or some quality relaxation time you will find what you are looking for at Pretty Beach.
Configuration: 1 x queen bedroom; 1 x double bedroom and 1 x bathroom. 1 x shower (no bath).
Check-in time from 3pm and checkout by 10am. Flexibility available depending on circumstances.
