Beautifully appointed, fully furnished and self contained townhouse situated in the heart of Subiaco. Our modern conveniences include; Bed linen, towels and luxury bathrobes. For your convenience we provide private on site 24 hour Parking.

The spacious living area has two comfortable bed settees and can sleep up to 4 adults. The outdoor area provides a relaxing and peaceful garden setting to unwind after a hectic day of activities.

For visits of a short or longer duration, our self-contained townhouse provides the added advantage of guests being able to self-cater. The Minimum stay is 3 nights @ $250 per night or $1500 per week.
For visits of more than two weeks a discounted rate of $1250 per week will come into effect.

Subiaco is situated just west of Perth city centre and is easily accessible from both Perth's international and domestic terminals, allowing easy access for visitors arriving from overseas or domestic locations. The locality provides ease of access to the Perth city heart and the relaxed pace of Kings park and beach suburbs - a great place to wander the up-market boutiques and soak up the sunshine.

Subiaco has it all - premier fashion outlets, a vast array of restaurants and cafes and many attractions including galleries, museums and theatres and two markets.
