Malibu is a holiday beach house fronting beautiful Campbells Beach and offers a relaxing refuge where you can simply enjoy the beach, the sound of the waves and the magnificent ocean and island views. The beach is quiet and private and adjoins Sapphire Beach with the well known Beach Resorts of Nautilus, Pelican Beach and the Sebel Aqualuna only a short stroll down the beach where you can enjoy dining at any of their restaurants.
Malibu is ideal for relaxation or rest and the area also offers a vast range of recreational opportunities for all the family with kilometers of Marine Park coastline and Nature Reserve and all the other attractions of the Sapphire Coast.
MALIBU BEACH HOUSE FEATURES
The house has 2 levels and each level can be utilized as separate 2 bedroom apartments or as an integrated 4 bedroom house.
The upper level has a master bedroom overlooking the beach with a second bedroom overlooking the garden with rain forest trees towards the street. The bathroom has a separate shower and large spa bath. The kitchen is timber panelled with a dishwasher and all conveniences. The living area comprises a large carpeted dining and living area with a separate tiled breakfast room all opening onto a tiled deck overlooking the garden and ocean with sliding Perspex panels to protect from winds if required. There is also a balcony facing the street overlooking the garden.
The lower level comprises a smaller kitchen, living, and dining areas with two smaller bedrooms and a separate bathroom. A laundry; with washing machine, dryer, and separate shower together; together with a 3 car lock up garage are both also situated downstairs.
The beach side gardens feature a beach side barbecue with a paved dining area immediately overlooking the beach together with lawn areas and gardens.
The street side garden offers privacy well protected by mature rain forest trees.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Sapphire Beach, a few kilometers north of Coffs Harbour is renowned for its beautiful coastline and magnificent mountain ranges. The climate is superb with the sub tropical zone commencing at the latitude of the area. The entire area provides a comprehensive mixture of activities. Golfers may enjoy the beautiful Bonville International Golf Course, or the Coffs Harbour or Sawtell courses.
The World Heritage listed Dorrigo National Park is a short drive away and a trip to historic Bellingen for a visit to the galleries and craft shops and a long lunch is recommended. Families may also enjoy picnics at Coffs Creek or Jetty Foreshores or simply walks along one of our many beaches.
Coffs Harbour also has a vibrant young shopping centre and many varied restaurants and attractions such as our famous ‘Big Banana’, the Pet Porpoise Pool and cinema centre.
You won’t have any problems keeping busy with many other activities including 4WD adventure tours, white water rafting, horse riding, tennis, go-carting and deep sea fishing charters.
PETS
We cannot accept pets at Malibu. However, the nearby Pettina Park Pet Resort will provide a holiday for pets if guests wish to have their pets with them on holiday. Contact Paul or Lea on or fax .
