Church Hill Grange is a self contained Apartment which sleeps up to 5 and is very central to everywhere in the Southern Highlands.
This luxurious accommodation with absolutely everything provided is perfect for anytime you need to stay over for a wedding, a party or just feel like a romantic break away in the Highlands. Small, well trained and behaved dogs and cats are permissable.
Church Hill Grange Duplex apartment has its own separate entrance and consists of a large lounge/dining room with lots of soft comfortable lounges, TV, DVD and CD players for your enjoyment and plenty of books.
There is a huge master bedroom with a queen bed and a dbl sofabed as well as a second double bed bedroom which are both supplied with luxury linen, warm doonas and electric blankets for the cooler weather. A fold down baby cot and a highchair are also available if needed.
You'll also find an opulent bathroom with WC, bath and large separate shower recess; and a fully equipped electric kitchen with crockery and utensils to cater for up to 8 guests.
There are tables and chairs on verandahs either side of the house which allow you to breakfast al fresco on our clear bright sunny mornings, watching the abundant bird life, and there is a gas barbecue for your use.
An initial food basket is provided for you to prepare a hearty cooked country breakfast your first morning with cereals, juice, bacon, eggs, bread, butter and home made preserves, tea and filter coffee, and there are lots of home made organic extras in the pantry.
Being in the centre of all the major towns of the Southern Highlands, there is no shortage of superb restaurants to eat in and there are also supermarkets and gourmet food shops handy for all your catering needs.
Our tariff for one couple ranges from $160 per night midweek and $190 for one night at weekends - but the longer you stay the cheaper it becomes per night, with special weekly rates! There is an extra cost for additional people.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30% deposit by cheque or direct deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The booking can be deferred without penalty if notice is given more than 14 days prior to your arrival date. Once deferred the deposit is not refundable nor deferrable should cancellation occur. If you cancel 0-14 days prior to your arrival date your deposit is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. Part cancellation is not accepted. The owners of Church Hill Grange reserve the right to cancel any booking, with full refund, due to unavoidable and unforseen circumstances.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
In order to maintain a high standard for our guests, and although we appreciate most will respect our property, because of occasional abuse the following apply:
Your reservation constitutes an affirmative by you that you accept and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of occupancy of Church Hill Grange.
Balance of payment is due on arrival in cash or pre-arranged cheque, or pre-paid by direct deposit.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss to any part of the apartment is the guests responsibility during their stay and must be paid for by the guest.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. It is the guests responsibility to wash, wipe and put away the crockery and cutlery used during their stay.
Check in time is after 2pm unless prior arrangement has been made with the owners. Check out time is before 11am to allow time to prepare the property for the next guests.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the guests personal property.
