The Surf Club House is a classy yet comfortable dual occupancy style accommodation all on ground level. Pet/children friendly. Fully fenced. Sleeps 8.

This is one of the first original beach houses of the area. Now tastefully renovated and stylishly furnished to create all the comforts of the modern holiday.


Starting with the luxurious daybed with scatter cushions and matching deck chairs in the front court yard. Instantly breathe in the refreshing, cool ocean air. Oh so good. This court yard is separated from the rest of the yard with a grassed area for the children and pets to play. And of course, after walking one minute back from the surf you will need the outside shower at your front door.

Does that sound tough? This is just the start of your relaxation.

The stylish charming main house is a 2 bedder with King size bed, 2 single beds and 2 trundles. Extremely high ceilings and open plan living gives a great feeling of space. The bathroom has a spa sized bath to relax unwind in, and a Plasma with Austar and DVD is in the lounge room to relax even further. Dial up internet is available. The kitchen is fully equipped to serve the finest meals at the dining table and dishwasher to ease the cleaning load.

The beautiful modern back studio style apartment is fully self contained with an ensuite and Queen size bed. The kitchenette has a bar fridge and microwave for your convenience. The large television and DVD can be watched from this lounge for the children, extended family or friends. The apartment is a picture of perfection.

Between the 2 houses is the covered BBQ dining area overlooking the tropical gardens and solar heated plunge pool.

Both houses offer reverse cycle air conditioning and heating.

The large double garage is equipped with things for the children and adults to do, like table tennis, fishing rods, games, boogie board and 2 adult mountain bikes to name a few. A nature bike path is close by. If needed the washing machine and dryer are in here too.

This is the ultimate in a modern family holiday to suit everyone. The feed back has been incredible and many guests return. Some returning 3 times in our first year of holiday letting. It must be seen to believe.

Positioned 1 minute walk to the patrolled beach for the swimmers. Or 1 minute the other way to the dog friendly beach for the family dog/s to play, the fisherman to catch Whiting, Bream or Taylor and/or the surfer to catch a few nice waves. 2 minutes walk will take you to the covered children’s playground and Beach BBQ area with plenty of room to throw the footy or have a game of cricket. Across from this is the local corner shop and café /takeaway.

But if you love a nature walk/bike ride, it is 3 minutes walk or 1 minute ride from your door. A 3 meter wide path leads you through a most beautiful experience of bird and animal life while listen to the roar of the ocean beside you.

Hyatt Regency Golf Coarse is 4 minutes North.

Coolum Cafés are 8 minutes North.
