Situated in a quiet Court overlooking 17 hectares of Sweetwater Creek Reserve, with pathways leading to bridges, waterfall, boardwalk and the "Granites" a spot where you can rest and contemplate. Follow the paths and the flowing Creek until you reach the beach at the base of Olivers Hill. Take a walk on our beautiful beach until you reach the pier, stop and have a coffee at the restaurant or relax over lunch. Take in the views from Olivers Hill towards Melbourne especially the "fairyland lights" aspect at night.

Frankston, 1 hour's drive from Melbourne, is the doorway to the Mornington Peninsula hosting a multitude of wineries, restaurants, and beautiful beaches. You will always find something to do.

You'll think our beaches stretch forever. We have 10 kilometres of pristine foreshore and coastal habitat just waiting for you. On your arrival at "Sweetfern" you will be provided with a phamplet with information of what there is to see in the local area. See you then.
