Description

Your dream house by the sea. A newly renovated home over three levels, cooled by beautiful sea breezes. It has three double bedrooms, all with fans, two spacious lounge rooms, large modern kitchen, mezzanine dining, three balconies, two bathrooms + third toilet, sandstone-paved backyard with barbecue, hot-and-cold outdoor shower, and off-street parking for one car. There is internet access for laptops. We are in a quiet tree-lined cul-de-sac, 60 seconds stroll to the closest cafes and restaurants and five minutes to the sand at Bondi Beach. We have TV, DVD and multi-room stereo.
There are two queen beds and a double bed. There are single mattresses for kids or extra adults.

Also available in 2012 from June 24th to 8th of July, for whole period or part thereof for a negotiable rate.
NOTE: This house is only available for a minimum booking of one week.
