This beautiful home on a cul-de-sac features expansive uninterrupted views from Bombo headland, across Bombo beach to Kiama harbour and light house and beyond, including saddleback mountain. Eden has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 living areas, raised dining area, gourmet kitchen with induction cooking, breakfast bar and 2 bathrooms. Relax on the shaded garden deck with northern exposure, or enjoy the sunset and crashing surf from the large entertainment deck. Eden has 5 different outdoor seating areas. Just walk out the door and it is only 200 meters down the path to the sands of north Bombo, a patrolled beach, or the spectacular Bombo Headland. A short stroll takes you to Kiama's famous Boneyard, a protected beach and cove with great fishing and surf, or the majestic Cathedral Rocks. This home features work by local artists, 2x106cm Plasma TV's, stereo system, DVD players , dishwasher, washing machine, gourmet appliances and cooking gear, microwave, 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and 1 single bed. Its a 3 minute drive to Kiama or just walk across the beach to enjoy many of Kiamas cafes, pubs and restaurants, or explore Kiama's two blowholes and rock pools. Jamberoo Water Park, Minnamurra river, Minnamurra rainforest and several wineries are just a short drive away.

Amazing view and superbly clean. 5 stars SPA and Outdoor Area. I cannot believe they provide Rice Cooker! We had the best Company outing ever! All thanks to Nina for her wonderful hospitality.

We had a wonderful weekend at Eden ... everything was perfect. The house was beautiful - so comfortable, spacious (plenty of room for 6 people), extremely well equipped and with a lovely friendly atmosphere. The location is brilliant...so close to Kiama and plenty of things to do and see nearby...lots of lovely walks. AND those VIEWS...absolutely spectacular! We had breakfast on the deck on Sunday morning and it was absolutely stunning! Warm and sunny, blue sky and water, looking out over the ocean and beach...it was so beautiful! Hi Nina, we had a fabulous time at Eden. Your home is truly spectacular. Beautiful furnishings and such wonderful views! We didn't want to leave this morning..... We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The spa was superb too and we walked the beach three days in a row! Thank u again.

This house was amazing we had such a fantastic weekend! The deck overlooking bombo beach is amazing not to mention the jacuzzi on the deck which is at a lovely warm temp! 2 large living areas well stocked kitchen with recipe books, foxtel and a range of DVD's! Well will definitely be back!!

What a gorgeous house. Everything you could need or want for a weekend away with the girls. The view was outstanding whilst sitting in the spa. Everything was clean and tidy and well catered for. Relaxing was so easy to do at this house. I would recommend this house for a girly weekend away or a family. Thanks so much Nina, We will be back.

The views are absolutely beautiful, house has a great feel and everything you could need to have a perfect stay.
Mike and Nina are very helpful hosts which made our Christmas stay this year the best ever...
We would definately love to visit Eden again, its a perfect place for a family holiday or a weekend getaway.

We have a wonderful time at Aden. What a beautiful view ! Four of us sitted in outdoor warm spa with beach view ,after spa take a sunbath at deck with a glass of wine, that is relaxing and realy enjoy life .Owner is considerate , full cooking ware and many clean dry towls.thanks for supply such beautiful holiday house

Thank you sharing your wonderful home with us. We had such a beautiful weekend! The views, outdoor jacuzzi, fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounges all contributed to making us feel very relaxed & at home. It was a lovely walk into Kiama or a very quick drive. So close to lots of great wineries and fantastic restaurants/shops at nearby Berry, Gerringong & Kiama. Our only criticism would be that there were not full sets of wine and champagne glasses for 7 people. We look forward to staying again next year :)

We had a ball last weekend at Eden. We were all so impressed with everything! The location was superb and the view absolutely breathtaking! Our favourite spot was sitting in the spa gazing out to sea! We went walking along to Minnamurra on the coastal walk one morning fabulous) and then in to Kiama centre the other day (wonderful along the beach!) The house itself was beautiful and your design work is lovely. We felt like we were in a very flash 5 star resort! We all had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!

House if beautifully located with a magnificent and uninterupted views of Kiama and of Bombo Beach. The house is quite roomy and big enough for a large family. The street and neighbours are very quiet. The only downside for us was no curtain on the bedroom window..no washing machine or movies on Austar.

LOVED this property, Definately worth the money. The view is amazing, the kids loved the house, there is plenty of room to play and relax. Very friendly owner. Only down side was you are required to clean the property before you leave or a fee is charged which was suprising for the nightly rates charged.
