Soak up breathtaking sea views from a comfortable sun-lounger or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the sea.
Breathe in the sea air and indulge your senses as you take the 5 minute trail through the sand dunes to the pristine beach.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen while the kids are surfing or in the rumpus room or relax back with the sound of the waves- the choice is yours.

Local activities include beautiful beach walks at any time of the year. There are a number of tracks through the dunes that only take 5 minutes
Bike Riding
Riding the Fleurieu bike trail along the magnificent coastline to Middleton, Port Elliot and Victor Harbor.
Golfing is available on 2 local golf courses - one only 5 minutes drive from Seaspell and has excellent facilities including a restaurant open to the Public.
Surfing on Goolwa beach and the famous Boomer Beach at Middleton.
Water-sports such as windsurfing,water skiing, jet ski hire are available on nearby Lake Alexandrina and the River Murray.
Open air Cinema runs during the months of January and February in Goolwa. Take a rug , a picnic and enjoy!
Sightseeing and Places of interest
Coorong National Park - is adjacent to the mouth of Australia's longest river system. the River Murray and consists of long shallow sailing lagoons that stretch over 100 kilometres in length. It offers accessible wild environments, towering sand dunes shallow waterways, rich flora and fauna and the opportunity to learn from the Ngarrindjeri cultural heritage.
Trips are available from luxury 4 wheel drive tours m backwater boats that can be hired, kayaking tours, eco-cruises, sailing cruises and camping tours. These can be booked at the main wharf in Goolwa.
Paddle Steamers - take a trip to the Murray mouth or enjoy a lunch or sunset cruise aboard a historic paddle steamer.
Signal Point (5 mins drive)
situated just back from the wharf area is the interpretive centre for the River murray and tells the history of the river port of Goolwa.
Hindmarsh Island(5 mins drive)
Take the bridge over to the island and drive down to the point where the river Murray meets the sea. Also available on the island is the Marina housing an excellent restaurant and Narnu Farm where horse riding is available.
Goolwa itself is a charming town which retains much of its heritage and history.It is the gateway to the River Murray and the Coorong National Park. There are several interesting arts and crafts shops in the main street including the Porter Street Gallery which has a fine selection of works in glass,oils, watercolour and metal and there are usually 2 artists in residence.
The Sunday morning market is held on the wharf side. Local fresh produce is sold along with arts and crafts- well worth a visit.
There are many restaurants and cafes to suit all tastes including Aquacaf on the river, Hectors on the Wharf,Salty Lime and Corio Hotel on the main street.
