Our Perth holiday Villa is ideally located on the beautiful Sunset Coast of Perth, Western Australia and offers luxury holiday accommodation with breathtaking ocean views from your rooms and balcony over the Indian Ocean in Ocean Reef, WA, with the beach only across the road form your villa. The villa has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, spa, games such as air hockey, snooker/billiard table and soccer/foos ball table and board games, fully equipped kitchen and laundry, a/c and gas heating, double garage with remote security. Linen and towels provided.

Perfect for water activities such as surfing, swimming, snorkelling, fishing, diving, boat excursions and whale watching (in season). A short drive away you’ll find a variety of beachside restaurants and cafés, weekend markets, shopping centre, bars and nightclubs. Within 5 minutes drive, you can play a round of golf, or go to Hillary's Boat Harbour and take a ferry trip to Rottnest Island, with its sparkling white sand beaches and famous quokkas. Also at Hillary's Boat Harbour is AQWA, the Aquarium of Western Australia. The historic port city of Fremantle or the Perth City, Kings Park and the Burswood Casino are a short 20 minute drive away.

Perth holiday villa is equipped with 4 bedrooms. The upstairs master bedroom has an en-suite and walk-in-robe, a balcony with panoramic ocean views and a large lounge/sitting area with a television. Downstairs there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, three games rooms with air hockey, soccer/foosball and snooker/billiard tables and other board games, a modern lounge with a large television and large a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking facilities, dish washer, basic cutlery, crockery, refrigerator, micro-wave oven and other electrical appliances. It has large gardens at the front and back, with an outdoor spa and an outdoor setting for 8 people.
