We had a fantastic stay at Q1, over 4 nights and would highly reccommend this apartment. The apartment was a great size for 3 couples and an 18 month old. Really big living areas and rooms, so we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The pool looked lovely, its just a pity we didn't get to use it as it rained the whole of our stay. Q1 is very close to the centre of Surfers, making it easy to get to shops etc. Being from Melbourne we love our coffee - we were able to find a great coffee at ESPL (on the esplanade next to KFC). The Apartment was only 2 blocks to ESPL, so we were regulars over the 4 days. We would definitely stay back at this apartment again. The apartment was also very affordable.

This apartment at Q1 is sublime with magnificent views and colossal space. It was very comfortable and modern.
We all had an exciting and relaxing 5 days stay. The children were conveniently collected by transfer coaches at reception to go to the theme parks allowing the grownups to relax by the pools. Only one problem it was not long enough ��� ���..

The owner keeps it to a high standard and the ocean views are really impressive.
With comprehensive building amenities ( visits to the huge Activities complex on the Ground Floor and the Q-Deck observation area on level 77 are a must!) and the central location to the beach and down-town Surfers, makes it the ideal base for a Gold Coast holiday!

I stayed here with a group of my friends and I can safely say that we were all extremely comfortable in this apartment, we loved it! It was the best place to enjoy our beach holiday.
This apartment is definitely everything that it is described as and even more. Photos really don't do the place justice! The view is fantastic (especially from the balcony), the space, the large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were great for a large group.
On top of this, the 3 plasmas, the surround sound, the lovely decor and bed linen, the modern kitchen appliances and the chairs on balcony were also fantastic. The telescope also provided some amusement! Just overall great interior design.
The location is great; the beach is basically just out the front of Q1. Restaurants, shops, supermarkets are all conveniently close and the main strip Cavill Avenue is just a short walk away.
There is basically everything that you need at Q1; nice pools, poolside cafe with great brekky, the gym, spa, sauna, games room, steam rooms etc. The Q1 Spa is also worth a visit :)
Both Gerry and Bonnie were great from the moment I enquired till the end of our stay.
Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place and look forward to hopefully returning.
It was probably one of the nicest apartments that I have stayed at, where comfort, luxury and convenience were all combined.

I spent 3 nights here for my Hens weekend with 6 of my friends and we all had a fantastic time. Loved the decor, and the beds with the big fluffy doonas (so cumfy and warm). And it was a good to be so close to the centre of Surfers, nice easy walk with heaps of food options along the way, we all ate way to much! Esp loved the fridge, with it's option of water, ice cubed or crushed. That was fantastic. Had a ball, would do it again in a heartbeat.

The luxury 3 bedroom apartment was everything Gerry said it would be and probably even more. Great location with stunning views, extremely spacious apartment with tasteful decor and an abundance of modern furniture and technology together with all the luxuries a resort has to offer.

This apartment is breathtaking. Uber cool furniture, stunning views, fabulous guest facilities. It was perfect for our short winter escape and we now want to come back in summer. Highly recommended.

Dear Gerry,
We have now returned from our fabulous stay at your property Q1 Resort & would like to thank you so much for everything.
You were super efficient in every way from your communication with us to your wonderful apartment.
I was in the Travel Industry for over 10 years and was very lucky to have travelled to many wonderful & exciting places during that time.
Q1 Resort is the best apartment that I have experienced !!
The decor was stunning along with the luxurys you very rarely have at other places. The three plasma TVS, the ultra modern kitchen with even two dishwahers, the beautiful bed linen & the views were simply breathtaking.
The facilities at the resort were fantastic also for the family utilising the pools, gym & spa services. (The lattes & sticky date muffins were pretty nice too !!!!!)
We thank you so much & we will definaltley pass around our photos to share with our family & friends & bring them back with us next time !!
