Serenity Lodge

Description

Serenity Lodge is just 100 metres from the beach in the lovely fishing village of St. Leonards on the Bellarine Peninsula. Water views and birdlife are plentiful and the house has a lovely ambience.
There are four bedrooms with accomodation for 12 people including sofa-bed in the living area, two bathrooms, two toilets, two living areas and new lcd tvs / video/dvd players. The house is well suited for two families.
The backyard is a great place for the kids to run around in while you watch them from the upstairs balcony which has water views. On the deck there's dining seating for 12 people and a large icebox for those cold drinks. A lovely wood fire warms the house in winter with gas heating as well.
Linen and towels are provided and beds made for your arrival.

bedroom 4 - bunks (2 singles)
living room - sofa bed for two

There are childrens toys, books, dvds / videos and beach toys.
For the adults there is a book library and enough space to get away from the kids and plenty of dvd movies as well.
St. Leonards is close to everything you need; wineries, safe beaches and only a half hour drive to Geelong.
As our welcome gift you will receive a complimentary box of chocolates and bottle of wine when you arrive. The house has everything you need.
