  • "Being the first time doing a holiday home vacation we were not sure what to expect but were not disappointed, Cedar Beach Lodge was clean, comfortable, well equiped and very homely. From the moment we walked in the door we new this was going to be the best family holiday, even the dog was excited. Then went out back and yes the beach was just there "beautiful".It was great to be able to take the dog away and know that there is a safe enclosed run if you need to go somewhere without them. We loved town of Toogoom so relaxing and friendly. Thankyou Sheena and Cedar Beach Lodge for a great place to holiday and will be rebooking in the near future. "

  • "Thankyou sheena for a wonderful holiday home, We all enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave! The house was very clean and the views were simply beautiful!, we will be back again. "

  • "Our whole family enjoyed staying here! It is the quintessential "beach shack" (although much more comfortable!) - right on the beach, great views and very comfortable. Being able to pump yabbies, fish (we caught whiting and flathead right out front!), swim and stroll up the beach just by walking 20 metres was amazing. Very relaxing. Toogoom is our favourite holiday spot for "doing nothing"!"

  • "Cedar Lodge was perfect and in such a beautiful location with the beach right out the back door! We had a most relaxing holiday and the beach was just perfect for kids and they had a ball! Thanks to Sheena for all of your help and for extending yourself to assist us with requirements. I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to do so again in the near future. One of our best holidays to date!"

  • "I would like to say that myself and my brother and dogs had the best time here at cedar lodge. The house was so homely and comfortable and having the beach 20metres away was a luxury. Would come back here anytime. I liked the fact it was a smaller town and the locals are so friendly and so are the local dogs. Was very sad to leave Cedar Beach Lodge as it was one of the best holidays I have ever had."

  • "Just want to say if anyone is looking for rest and relaxation and a perfect place for the pets topped with lots of room for the kids (on the beach) then this is it. Clean, tidy and quiet, short leisurely stroll to the pub and if you're lucky you will spot some kangaroos. Cant remember the last time we could just kick back and not worry about a thing. "

  • "Thank you Sheena, Cedar Beach Lodge was everything you said it would be. We had a lovely time there, it is in such a perfect spot - loved the beach at the end of the garden. I even caught a few fish off the beach. Thank you for your assistance, nothing was ever too much trouble. We look forward our next visit. "

  • "Fantastic!! One of the best equipped holiday homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying at.The house accommodated two small families with ease. The weather was not the best but we still managed a spot of crabbing and fishing. We will be back in contact when we need another short break!! Thanks Sheena for a seamless booking process too :) "

  • "We spent a lovely week in Cedar Beach Lodge for our honeymoon. It was a relaxed and quiet atmosphere which was just what we were looking for after the hectic schedule before the wedding. We loved that we could take our 2 dogs and they had an absolute ball with the beach so close by. By far my favourite was the fireplace and Iain was impressed with the fishing just 30 metres from the back door. We would stay again and recommend to people looking for a place that is completely relaxing."
    Sheylene & Iain, June 2010

  • "Loved the location of Red Cedar Lodge right on the beach. Had no desire to leave the house for the whole Easter Weekend. We all spent hours on the beach just enjoying the peace and serenity. Was fantastic to stay on a beach that welcomed dogs. We even saw groups of locals taking evening stolls on the beach with their dogs. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the library of books for both adults and children. Only comment would be nice to have some fencing around the patio for the dog as we spent a lot of time out there.
