The Princess of the Sea has large bedrooms with queen size beds and living areas with comfortable sofas for lounging around and watching FOXTEL. On the lower level three bedrooms, full bathroom, laundry and rumpus area.

The upper level has another three bedrooms, full bathroom, large living area, combined kitchen and dining. Full-length deck wraps around living area to take in the spectacular and uninterrupted views of the lagoon, headland, beach and ocean views. Sit back and relax on deck at the end of day, toss a coin to see who is doing the cooking on the 4-burner BBQ.

Features 2 x TV's, FOXTEL ,DVD, stereo, outdoor tables and chairs with umbrellas, single lock-up garage, plus off-street parking.

Located between Avoca Beach and Macmasters Beach, with Bouddi National Park 5 minutes to the south; Copacabana is 15 minutes drive from Terrigal, 45 minutes from Hornsby (90 minutes drive from Sydney CBD). "Copa" is reknown for having one of the best point breaks on the East Coast and is close to a wide range of local amenities; coffee shops, restaurants, general store, liquor shop, newsagent, bakery, cafe, hairdresser etc. Copa is also only a 15 minute drive to the huge Erina Fair Shopping Plaza and 10 minutes drive to Avoca Beach.
