Description

This is a beautiful family cottage nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac right on the shore of St Georges Basin in Sanctuary Point. There are two large bedrooms sleeping 5 in 4 beds. Additional beds are available in the converted garage, known as Kids Cottage, that also acts as a rumpus room.
There are decks front and back as well as separate lounge, dining and kitchen areas, all with views over the water.
There are large garden areas back and front to play in and a short flight of steps takes you to the waters edge and the safe swimming and abundant fishing available in the Basin.
The cottage is fully appointed with all facilities including full kitchen and laundry as well as TV/DVD/VCR/CD and radio
