Description

Enjoy the quiet serenity of a luxurious break away at our newly renovated and furnished Singleton Luxury Holiday Home, situated on a large bush block. High quality linen hire IS included, so this break away will be even more luxurious and stress free.

This large modern interior decorated property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and features high ceilings, newly polished floorboards throughout and brand new fixtures and furnishings, which combined with the contemporary artworks and ornaments, portrays a overall feeling of luxury and indulgence.

The house is surrounded by verandahs on 3 sides and overlooks sprawling green lawns and garden beds and beyond the fenced in yard, natural coastal bushland on 6 acres. We have a swing set with a slide, as well as a trampoline, for the kids. We also have a new 5-6 person heated outdoor spa with ozone and disco lights.

We provide new modern bedroom furniture and high quality bedding in all bedrooms, as well as the convenience and comfort of overheads fans and halogen downlights on dimmers.

Bathrooms are heated and contain separate toilets. Bathroom 1 has a bath.

The country styled kitchen will delight, featuring Stainless steel appliances throughout and a chef's freestanding supersized wide oven with gas hotplates. You will find everything you need to entertain 8 people including many thoughtful extras. This spacious room also houses the 8 seat dining table and leather chairs.

The huge living room has 2 sets of french doors opening onto the verandah at 2 ends and is furnished with a TV cabinet holding a 68cm TV, 3 Microsuede Sofas, coffee table and occasional furniture. We also provide a DVD/Video player, stereo system with CD and a selection of DVD's for both adult and children's tastes.

We have a reverse cycle airconditioning system with 2 units servicing the living area and the kitchen. We also have 2 portable oil heaters.

Out on the verandah, we provide an outdoor table and seating for 8 and a BBQ with roasting hood for outdoor entertaining.

We also have the security of a lockup garage for storing your boat or other outdoor equipment during your holiday with us.

Local and ADSL phone line (for internet access) available upon request.

Complimentary tea and coffee is provided to welcome you upon arrival, as well as a complimentary bottle of wine to enjoy during your stay with us!

Sleeping Configuration and Bedding

This property sleeps a total of 8 people in 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has 2 sets of single bunk beds (sleeps 4). We also have a Fold-a-Cot available upon request.

Bedding is provided on all beds. Linen hire IS included in the tariff. You will arrive at the property to find all your required beds made up with high quality and coordinating fitted sheets, top sheets, pillowcases, teatowels, bath towels, bathmats and hand towels. We kindly request that you bring your own beach towels to use after the spa and beach.

Locality

Singleton is situated 55 km from Perth CBD on the coastal strip between Rockingham and Mandurah. Access to this lovely seaside town is from Mandurah Rd and is about 16km from the end of the Kwinana Freeway.
Total population is 1847 (2001 Census).
