Description

Suitable for family groups, set amongst palm trees this luxurious 6 bedroom Villa has 3 lounge rooms and ultra modern kitchen. It is located just one block from the beach at the cafe end of Pearl Beach.

Pearl Beach is a tiny, unique National Trust village where quaint old holiday cottages mingle with modern beach houses. Yet its old worlde village atmosphere has been preserved due to its one road in access. The blue waters and golden sands of Pearl Beach remind us of bygone holidays at pristine beaches.

Pearl Beach is the perfect quiet getaway for those who love to swim, go bushwalking, try rock fishing or simply relax with a coffee by the beach. Pearl Beach is calm enough for water sports such as kayaking or surf skiing and there is excellent fishing on the beach and rocks for whiting, bream and blackfish.

Cycling is the popular way to get around at Pearl Beach due to its flat, leafy streets and the absence of traffic.

Bedding in the Villa consists of:
1 King size bedroom with ensuite
2 Queen size bedrooms each with ensuite
2 Bunk rooms each with 2 sets of bunks (each room sleeps 4)
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (equiv to 1 double)

Note: $200 charge if linen is specially requested
$70 charge for baby package (high chair and folding cot)

We would like to emphasise that Pearl Beach is a small seaside community and therefore PARTIES, SPECIAL FUNCTIONS and EXCESSIVE NOISE is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of rental and total loss of bond. How to Get There

Pearl Beach is just an hour north of Sydney on the F3, Turn off the freeway at the Gosford turnoff and then follow the signs to Woy Woy and Umina. Pearl beach is the next beach south of Umina just next to Patonga Beach.

  • "Our group of 9, 50 somethings had a wonderful time in this excellently appointed house. The facilities and atmosphere were so good that we stayed in for the great majority of our meals. The fabulous open kitchen/living areas and terrace meant we were never on top of each other even when we were all preparing meals at the same time! The house is impeccably clean and superbly maintained. Our only very small gripe was that as no spares were found, we ran out of toilet paper on the 2nd day and had to dash to the shop quickly before it closed to stock up. Pearl Beach is beautifully located we walked the beaches and even took the bush trail to the Patonga Pub for Saturday lunch. All together a highly reccomended holiday."

You really do feel like you are at the end of the world and its quiet and relaxing. 5* for sure, Lorraine was a pleasure to deal with and we will be coming back for another holiday. The ice maker in the fridge and the air-con was a great benefit. The open plan design downstairs was great that flows out onto the entertaining balcony which we had a bbq for dinner every night even though the kitchen is well equipped. This place is truly amazing and will not disappoint. The short 1 minute walk to the beach (which isn???t crowed) is also a great highlight. "
