This is a special house offering a lovely welcoming ambiance as soon as you walk in the door. The high ceilings, spacious layout, polished floorboards and general decor provides comfortable living with a discreet touch of oppulance, a unique blend of formal and casual.
With this is mind, the house is well suited to accommodate business or family and friend groups, sporting teams or couples simply looking for some time out.
The layout consists of a large well equipped central kitchen, dining and living area, as well as a formal dining room. The kitchen dining opens out onto a small courtyard BBQ area.
There are six bedrooms; a master queen with ensuite and french doors to the courtyard, two guest queen bedrooms, one also opening onto the courtyard, while the spacious other offers an additional single bed. Three smaller rooms provide 5 single beds (no bunks) and all share a bathroom and seperate toilet. A portacot and highchair are available if required.
The double attached carport has gates and provides an additional entrance to the house.
Laundry has been equipped with a large capacity washing machine.
The house is in Floreat, regarded as an elite suburb west of Perth, with beautiful well established homes and gardens and only 5 mins drive to the beach and 10 mins to the city.
In close proximity is the beautiful Perry Lakes wildlife park and recreation centre, with Challenge Stadium and Paterson's (Subiaco) Oval both just a short distance away.
A bus stop is directly around the corner for those who like to enjoy the sporting or concert events without the hassle of parking. Subiaco is also a renown shopping precinct and boasts the Regal Theatre, regularly playing host to visiting international acts and local performers.
Floreat Forum, just a 5 minute walk away provides supermarkets, shops, resturants, banks, post office, a library, gym and tavern. Hospitals are close by and a public golf course just 5 mins driving distance.
All in all a great house and location for any short or long term visit to Perth.
NB: The swimming pool previously located here is now attached to our adjacent sister property, West Coast House.
