MacMasters Beach House

Description

This simple but functional Beach house has two main bedrooms (one with queen, one with double bed), and a bunkroom with 2 bunks and two single beds. Kitchen includes oven, stove, microwave, water jug, refrigerator/freezer, and ample cooking utensils. There is also a bar fridge, Washer/Dryer, small TV+DVD player, and stereo.

House is on two parts with back containing one bedroom and bunk room upstairs, and a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet downstairs. Front section has bedroom, dining room, lounge, and kitchen, as well as laundry, a WC, and shower room (with sink). Outside there is a partially covered verandah out front, and paved area out back with an open wood BBQ. In addition there is also an undercover area with ping pong table, and bar fridge, as well as an outdoor shower.

Environs

MacMasters Beach is a family friendly beach, and is patrolled on weekends and holiday periods. The beach is great for body-surfing, and has a tidal pool for children not wanting to play in the surf. The beach extends down to Copa Cabana beach, and this 3km stretch of sand provides lots of opportunities for running, swimming surfing, and fishing.
On the beach is MacMasters only business - the surf-lifesaving club, which has a take-away. But just a 20 minute stroll down the beach to Copa Cabana takes you to a range of shops and restaurants, and there is a small shop with all of lifes essential a 3 minute drive away. A wide variety of shopping is located in Kinkumber - a 10 minute drive - or Erina Fair, a large shopping mall about 20 minutes drive away.

MacMasters Beach is relatively unspoilt, with a canopy of trees towering above the areas homes. Rainbow lorikeets, King Parrots, and Kookaburras abound, and a Bush Turkey has recently taken up residence up the back.

This property backs onto the Bouddi National Park and is less than a 5 minute walk to the Beach.

Renting

Accomodation is only available by the week.

$200 Deposit required to confirm your booking (refundable only if we are able to book the place after you cancel).

Keys are available for pick up (or can be express mailed to you) at time of final payment.
