Description
Bonnyvale Beach House is perfect for your beach holiday, only 700 metres from the beach. A short walk each morning will get you to the local store for the newspaper and any supplies. The Collendina/Ocean Grove hotel is a 400m walk and has a family bistro and great area for children.
The house has 2 living areas and 3 bedrooms and can easily accomodate couples or two families wanting to enjoy a holiday together. Ducted heating keeps you warm in winter, and the Evaporative cooling throughout will keep you cool on the hot summer days. The House has a fully equipped kitchen, 3 Flat Screen TV's, DVD, stereo/Ipod Dock, microwave, and dishwasher to ensure you can fully relax.
Outdoors on the decking is a bbq and outdoor setting. The fully enclosed backyard also has a swing set and other great activities for the kids.
The laundry has a washing machine and dryer for your convenience.
Sleeping Arrangements
The House has 3 bedrooms all with built in robes:
Bedroom 1 - queen size bed
Bedroom 2 - trio bunk - double bed on bottom, single bed on top
Bedroom 3 - trio bunk - double bed on bottom, single bed on top
All beds have good quality bedding and mattress's for your comfort. Mattress protectors, pillows, large sized doonas with covers supplied.
The house also has 2 extra single bed mattresses, therefore can sleep up to 10.
Guests provide their own sheets & towels.
There is also has a portable cot, highchair and 3 wheel jogger available for your use for the young ones.
