  • "My husband and I stayed at The Avenue for five days during 'The Presidents Cup'. The lacation was ideal. Trams and trains were a short flat walk away. Handy to Chapel St and its shopping and restaurants. Equally handy to Melbourne CBD, Richmond and Victoria St. The apartment was very comfortable with all one would require. It was clean!! I am very fussy but this unit's owner is one after my own heart. Bed was very comfortable and unit was tastefully decorated. A small glitch with TV was sorted quickly. I would stay here again and certainly recommend to others. Thank you, Jeanne. "

  • "I have just come back from a 5 week stay at The Avenue Apartments, Windsor. It was kept very clean and tidy and is equipped with all the essentials. Positioned in a beautiful quiet tree lined street and only 10 minutes walk to chapel st and 10 minute tram ride to st kilda. It was very convenient and central to everything. I would highly recommend this apartment. Owner was very helpful, punctual and easy to deal with. "

The quiet road runs parallel with Chapel St, but is within very short walking distance to the hustle and bustle of Chapel St. Trams and trains are within a few minutes walk offering easy and frequent links to the City and beach. All in all, a home from home and a superb base. It was a pleasure to deal with Jeanne (owner) who was very friendly and helpful. Many thanks. "
