"BEACH HAVEN"-CULBURRA BEACH

Imagine yourself just a few short steps from breathtaking Culburra Beach. This huge 2 storey, 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom brick home with all the options can accomodate the whole tribe, or alternatively would be a perfect romantic getaway for just a few. The living rooms, kitchen and bed rooms have recently had all new furniture and equipment put in, to satisfy even the most particular of guests.

All the bedrooms are very large in size, 3 of them have amazing ocean views, and all have built ins for your holiday gear. There are two living areas on separate floors, each with their own TV and DVD players. Beachhaven will cater for any family/friends combination you require.

In the dining room, enjoy beautiful water views as you sample some of the local seafood. Entertain guests out the back in our under cover bbq area, or in the extensively landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully equiped to satisfy even the most talented chef.

The enormous garage is perfect for storing the car and the boat and all the beach "toys" you may have on your trip. There is also a variety of surfing equipment in the garage, as well as two mountain bikes, a ping pong table and two sets of golf clubs. All of which you are welcome to use. There is also a variety of board games and books in case you get a wet day.

Room 5- Two single beds
There is also a double fold out sofa bed.

Location

An easy drive of just over 2 hours down the coast from Sydney, 3 hours from Canberra and only 15 minutes from Nowra. Easy access to shops and services. Culburra Beach is renowned for its lake, beaches, swimming, fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, snorkelling, sailing, windsurfing and boating (boat ramp close to beachhouse). Culburra Beach comprises two beaches (Culburra and Warrain Beach) and is nestled close to Crookhaven River, Lake Wollumboola and Curleys Bay. Other attractions: tennis courts, Bowling Club, chinese restaurant, pizzeria, cafes, bottle shop, hairdresser, beautician, bakeries, petrol stations, Post Office, video shop, 2 supermarkets, chemist, fishing tackle & bait shop, surf shop, and access to atms.
