This fully furnished, modern three bedroom, two bathroom home is situated in the popular beachside suburb of Watermans Bay, Perth, Western Australia.
It has a large lounge, separate family dining area plus well equipped kitchen.
There is a double lockup garage, and secure rear garden for small children.
An outdoor BBQ area is also provided.

Watermans Bay is situated just north of Triggs and Scarborough surf beaches.

The accommodation is an easy and direct drive from either the Domestic or International Airport.

WHAT TO DO

Beach relaxation and cafes are only a short stroll from this holiday accommodation.
The beachfront provides a grassed picnic area, free BBQ's, a safe childrens beach and playground
The popular surf beaches of Triggs and Scarborough are nearby. See Map.

Bush walkers have a large bush/ nature reserve at the opposite end of the street.
Kangaroos by the dozen can be observed in their natural state at a nearby memorial park.

Hillarys Marina and Sorrento Quay are nearby. The Rottnest Island Ferry departs from here along with fishing charters and whale watching. An underwater marine centre is also located here(AQWA) and is highly recommended.

The shops, tavern and cafes attract hundreds of people to the marina area on weekends.
Two small supermarkets are located closeby.
There are two large regional shopping centres a short drive away including cinemas.

Perth can be easily and quickly reached by public transport.
