Description

Casa di Palma -This 2 bedroom, two and a half bathroom duplex, in the inner city suburb of Annerley offers relaxing, luxurious accommodation for you and your pooch 5 to 12 minutes from the CBD, West End, Southbank, the Performing Arts Centre and the "Gabba".

Just renovated and combining comfortable furniture, high ceilings and timber joinery, the house is painted white throughout and hung with paintings and prints. The living areas and air-conditioned bedrooms are carpeted while the bathrooms feature good lighting and fixtures and are impeccably clean.

There is a choice of outdoor living areas with a sunny north facing courtyard outside the kitchen and another larger area off the main living area and study at the rear of the property, as shown in our photographs. Both areas are paved. There is also a grassed fenced area at the side.

The bedrooms sleep four although two extra children or one adult could be easily accommodated on the futon in the study downstairs which can be closed off from the living area. The powder room and fully-equipped laundry are also on this level.

The entire house is strictly no smoking with a minimum stay of four nights required.

Guest Reviews
We thoroughly recommend this property to families, or two couples (as we were), with excellent facilities (2 bathrooms), well equipped, and very convenient position for the CBD, the Gabba, and the main road to the South. Would definitely use it again.

What a find! "Casa di Palma" is a great place to stay for a family travelling and holidaying with pets. The property is light, airy and spacious with all the mod cons and a great little entertainment area out the back. If travelling with pets, the back yard is neat and tidy and fully fenced. If you are holidaying in Brisbane and want somewhere that feels like home -"Casa di Palma " is a lovely property and we highly recommend it.

Dr Shin and I really enjoyed our stay at Casa di Palma between 11th and 20th July. Since our Brisbane visit this time was to have research contacts with faculty members of Griffith Business School, we were able to make use of both proximity and convenience to the School and the Brisbane city centre. I wish that our experience at the quite and comfortable Casa di Palma could help benefit Brisbane visitors looking for suitable accommodation close to the city.

Dear Lyndall and Elizabeth,

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at Casa di Palma in Annerley, Brisbane. We found the home to be very comfortable, pleasantly decorated and close to all amenities.

We will certainly recommend the Casa di Palma to our friends and will contact you re availability of the home should we visit Brisbane again in the future.

Casa di Palma is a very comfortable and relaxing home. Well equipped, good sleeping accommodation, and excellent bathrooms, we wanted for nothing. Its position is excellent - very convenient for the city and nearby shopping centre, with easy access to northern and southern coasts, and the hinterland. One of our group, a dialysis patient, was very well looked after at Greenslopes Private Hospital (5 mins. drive away) - an excellent hospital. We will certainly choose Casa di Palma to stay when we visit Brisbane again.

we stayed here during the Ashes cricket and found the property to be well located for the Gabba. Good transport links into the city about 15 minutes. The accomodation was very clean and pleasant, well equipped, good showers. The area is quiet and pleasant. If we are in Brisbane again we would definately like to stay here.
