Situated on the beach at the most northern end of Callala Bay, adjacent to the National Park, Bayvista is in a prime position. It is perfect for that romantic weekend getaway or for a fun filled family holiday.

Bayvista has been architecturally designed to take advantage of the glorious views. From the large living areas and rear balcony, our guests can sit back, relax with a glass of complimentary wine and take in the views to Point Perpendicular.

Alternatively, watch the resident dolphin pods frolic in the bay or the yachts slip quietly past. Stroll along miles of white sandy beaches and swim in the calm, warm waters of the bay. Later, fall asleep to the gentle sound of waves lapping the shoreline.

Callala Bay is two and a half hours scenic drive from Sydney centre.

Local Attractions

Callala Bay is the best kept secret on the shores of Jervis Bay. Secluded white sandy beaches, clear green water, bush walking trails, pelicans, dolphins and sea eagles abound.

Callala Bay is a safe inlet, perfect for toddlers, with rock pools for the older children to explore.

The boat ramp, fishing wharf and small sailing club are all a short walk along the beach, as is a children's playground.

There is a small modern shopping centre a few streets away - IGA supermarket, Chemist, Newsagent, Video/DVD Rental store (which also provides internet access), Bakery, Liquor store, Butcher, Take Away food, Cafe, Hair and Beauty, Hardware.

Callala Beach RSL Country Club has a 9 hole golf course, a great Bistro and a courtesy bus that runs from close by.

Forest Road has recently been sealed and the busy seaside town of Huskisson is now only 30 minutes away. Here you can board a dolphin watch cruise, visit the famous Husky pub or dine at one of the numerous cafes. You can even arrange a chartered sail boat!



MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY
We have a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights

Check In: 4.30pm
Check-out: 4pm Sunday for weekend only bookings,
10.30am for all other bookings.

SECURITY DEPOSIT (BOND).
We require a $500 security deposit. Our agent vists the property upon your departure and undertakes a thorough property and inventory check.
Please report any breakages, etc to our agent prior to checking out.
Should there be damage to the property which exceeds $500, you will be held responsible and liable for the full cost of the damage.


CLEANING/LAUNDRY FEE.
The quoted tariff includes a standard cleaning/laundry fee. Should further cleaning be required, the additional costs will be deducted from your security deposit.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
For Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed to but only by arrangement with the owner in writing prior to paying deposit.

To secure a booking, we require payment of a 50% rental deposit. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

The security deposit is payable at the same time as the 50% rental deposit. The security deposit will be refunded in full, subject to the Terms and Conditions being met, within 14 days of departure. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared ..etc.

Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 7 days prior to occupancy. If not, the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let the property.

If cancellation is caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If a refund is made due to the property being relet, then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.

The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.

To maintain a high standard for our guests, we require that the following conditions are complied with:

The number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly, this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your security deposit and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition upon your arrival. Keys are to be returned to our agent.

Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of security deposit.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
