Opening out onto a nature reserve, this 3 storey house offers a relaxing retreat. 500m to the sea
Nestled among eucalyptus trees, the house is positioned to take advantage of its natural surroundings.
Set next to native coastal forest, the backyard offers plenty of shade on hot summer days, while the main deck, facing north east, gives winter days its share of warm sunshine.
The main living areas are set one flight of stairs up. Open plan kitchen living and deck provide an easy going environment for a laid back holiday.
A stairwell leads to 2 bedrooms at the top level. There is another bedroom at ground level which is accessible via the exterior entry stairs. In all, we can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children.
As kangarroos, ducks, lizards and even echidnas live in the reserve at the back of this property, we do not allow pets.
Discover Emerald Beach’s unspoilt hidden coves behind awe inspiring headlands. Spot humpback whales as they migrate north to give birth, or watch them frolic on their way south accompanied by their newborn calves.
Beach combing in the screechy dry sand is a different adventure every day as the tides bring floatsome and jetsome along our shores.
Rock pools are bursting with shells, sea anemones, crabs and small fishes.
At night the lighthouse beam flashes the coast from its distant island, and the sound of the waves rocks you to sleep.
Emerald Beach village has 2 restaurants, a corner store, a health food store, a hairdresser, a video shop and a bottle shop, all within minutes walk away.
Coffs Harbour is 15 minutes south along the Pacific Highway. Its lively centre features great shopping, markets, cafés, restaurants, cinemas and entertainment.
