This is the perfect beach house getaway for one or two families or one or two couples. A modern tri-level house with superb ocean views from the main living area and front deck. An all year round relaxing holiday escape with the enclosed fireplace ensuring that the seaside ambience and warmth is felt even during Melbourne’s coldest winters.
This four-bedroom home has recently been fully refurbished providing modern decor that will delight. The main living area has been furnished with a new modular lounge that invites you to stretch out, relax and enjoy the view. The dining table can seat 10 and is positioned to enable you to enjoy the ocean views over breakfast, lunch and dinner. A new 76cm widescreen TV, DVD player and stereo cater for your entertainment needs.
An alternate living area on the lower level is also provided with its own TV and DVD player and allows for those times when guests wish to have a little more space or separate entertainment. This living area adjoins the practical fully equipped kitchen and the separate toilet, bathroom and laundry areas.
The large rear deck of the house is fully covered and provides a fantastic outdoor living area. A modern outdoor setting and BBQ provides a great alfresco dining alternative.
The bedrooms are on the upper level with ocean views also obtained from the main bedroom with its own walk through robe and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed while the third and fourth bedrooms have “duo” bunks (double bed with a single bed on top)
A short 100m walk from Red Rock Beach House takes you to the cliffs overlooking Sunderland Bay and across to Pyramid Rock. What a fantastic spot to explore! The ‘stepping stones’ and rock pools of Sunderland Bay will provide hours of entertainment for children and those adventurous adults. Who will be the first to climb to the top of “Red Rock”?
Sunderland Bay is a central location from which to explore Phillip Island. A quiet beach location, it is close to the Penguin Parade, Nobbies, local wineries, fishing, golf, boat launches, Wild Life Parks, Koala park, the surf beaches of “Surfies Point”, Smith’s Beach and Cape Woolami and the Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix Circuit, Super Bikes and V8 Super cars,. Numerous restaurants and cafes are available with a short drive (5-10 minutes) to Cowes, San Remo and Rhyll. A number of specialised restaurants and take-away services are closer. The local general store on Phillip Island Road provides, petrol, liquor and a good range of basic grocery items including meat for the BBQ. Full service supermarkets are also available in Cowes and San Remo.
