Relax and enjoy the vista of the fiery sunsets from the large upstairs entertaining deck. The property offers 5+ B/R, 2 bathrooms, 3 living areas and a powder room. Central cooling and heating, dishwasher, clothes dryer. Bar area, billiard table, TV room/lounge downstairs. All windows are double glazed and tinted for your comfort, 3 car garage and room for a boat. Available all year round.

This property is located in the prestigious Headland Waters estate in Mt Martha. The key feature is the amazing views from almost every room and area on the property. The rear of the house looks out over Port Phillip Bay and takes in over 180 degrees of views from Rosebud on the left, through Sorrento, across ‘the heads’ (the entry from Bass Strait into Port Phillip Bay), over Geelong, a great view of the city (of Melbourne) skyline and down the peninsula into Mornington. The night-time view features the city lights and the lights of Mt Martha/Mornington.

The house sits on top of a hill, on a north-south block of 1300 square metres. It is 6 years old, has a colonial façade and colonial features insides. These features include Sydney bluegum floors, colonial cornices and architraves, period-style doors and door-handles, light-switches, lights etc.

It is very much a house of 2 zones. Upstairs is all open plan. The dining and living rooms are combined off the kitchen and open up to a large deck and those stunning views (which can also be enjoyed inside of course). There is an open fire-place to supplement the ducted heating (refrigerated a/c also) on winter nights. The master bedroom (with large ensuite) is also upstairs as is another bedroom, with a bunk bed and single mattress, and a powder room.

Downstairs has been designed a totally separate living zone. There are 3 bedrooms, a second living room/4th bedroom, a large wet-bar and billiard/rumpus room. There is a bathroom and laundry here as well. The bar could double as a second kitchen.

Down another set of stairs is a 4-car garage and a fantastic open paved area for entertaining or for the kids. The garden is well-maintained and low-maintenance with an automatic watering system.

The house would suit a large family, possibly where the parents or kids would like their own space. It is great for entertaining and fully fitted with items such as ducted vacuuming, security monitoring, and intercom to all rooms, built-in gas for bbq, double-glazed, tinted windows, etc.
