The master bedroom has a very comfy queen sized bed, an office/ 2nd bedroom(double bed) has desk space, ADSL Internet and a Computer. The 3rd bedroom has 2 singles. The Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a dishwasher. The laundry has a front loader and a dryer. The sitting room has a wood heater... wood is supplied for the first week. All linen and towels are supplied. There is a small back yard and a garage for parking.
Marsh House is walking distance to the CBD and a 5 minute drive to the University. Armidale is central to many National Parks and a good half way house between Sydney and Brisbane.
