Peppermint Grove Beach is a small coastal village, 2 ¼ hours drive from Perth, situated directly on the coast of Geographe bay midway between the tourist towns of Bunbury and Busselton.
“Peppy Beach” as it is known by the locals makes an ideal base to explore the wine region of Margaret River, Tuart Forests, Busselton, Bunbury, Cape Naturaliste, Dunsborough & the Ferguson Valley.
Peppy Beach is only minutes away from the award winning Capel Vale winery & the 18hole Capel Vale golf Course. The Capel area boasts one of the last remaining natural tuart forest stands in the world. The Ludlow Tuart forest, just south of Capel Vale Winery, consists of approximately 2280 hectares of open forest which is home to a many types of native flora and fauna.
Other attractions in the region include The Margaret river Cheese company, Margaret river Chocolate factory, Breweries, Olio Bello Olive Oil organic estate, Busselton underwater observatory & Dolphin discovery Centre and the Swan wreck dive.
4Wheel drive access to the beach - with beach boat launching, fishing, snorkeling, crabbing, bush walking, golf, scuba diving, swimming.
McCourt House is located only meters from the waters edge in one of the quietest cul-de-sacs in Peppy Beach. Recently refurbished McCourt House is ideal for 1 or 2 families. This traditional self contained beach house includes separate children’s bedrooms & activity area downstairs with 2 double bedrooms & an open plan kitchen/living/dining area upstairs.
