Blackwattle Bay Apartment is located in Cook Street, Glebe - just a short walk from Glebe Point Road. It is recently renovated and located in a security building with water and city views. The sunny and spacious living-dining room has a balcony overlooking Blackwattle Bay, a 42 inch flatscreen TV, and DVD and CD players.The apartment has timber floors and a modern kitchen with stainless steel electric stove, microwave oven, dish drawer and refrigerator. There are two bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a refurbished bathroom with bath. The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a lock-up garage.
The apartment is 2 minutes' walk to Glebe Point Road restaurants, shops and bus to the city. It is conveniently located near the Sydney Fish Markets and the Broadway Shopping Centre with supermarkets, movie theatres and video store. The Light Rail to the Casino, Darling Harbour and Sydney Terminal railway station is five minutes walk. The apartment is also only a few minutes' walk to the new Blackwattle Bay waterfront park.

The apartment is a non-smoking establishment. The minimum rental period is 5 nights.
A 50% deposit (maximum $500) payable by EFT is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Check in time is normally 2pm, with departure by 10am. These times may be varied by prior arrangement with the owners.

Jervis Bay is renowned for dolphin and whale watching, and white sand beaches. Kiama is also a popular seaside destination, readily accessible from Sydney.
