Blackwattle Bay Apartment is located in Cook Street, Glebe - just a short walk from Glebe Point Road. The apartment is recently renovated in a security building with water and city views. It features a washing machine, iron and ironing board, as well as a modern kitchen with stainless steel electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The apartment has two bedrooms (both with queen beds) and a refurbished bathroom complete with bath. It also features a sunny and spacious living-dining room, timber floors and balcony overlooking Blackwattle Bay. The apartment includes a TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. There is also a lock-up garage.
The apartment is 2 minutes' walk to Glebe Point Road restaurants, shops and bus to the city. It is conveniently located near the Sydney Fish Markets and the Broadway Shopping Centre with supermarkets, movie theatres and video store. The Light Rail to the Casino, Darling Harbour and Sydney Terminal railway station is five minutes walk. The apartment is also only a few minutes' walk to the new Blackwattle Bay waterfront park.
Blackwattle Bay Apartment is not suitable for children and is a non-smoking establishment. The minimum rental period is 4 nights.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable 14 days prior to arrival.
Check in time is normally 2pm, with departure by 10am. These times may be varied by prior arrangement with the owners.
In addition to this apartment, the owners also have a waterfront cottage at Jervis Bay and a Victorian house at Kiama, both on the NSW South Coast. Jervis Bay is renowned for dolphin and whale watching, and white sand beaches. Kiama is also a popular seaside destination, readily accessible from Sydney. These properties can be viewed on the Stayz site under 'Edna's at Erowal Bay' and 'Kiama Light House'.
